Reminder:

  • The first and second paper must be submitted by the same corresponding author in order to implement the preferential price for the second paper payment.
  • It should be noted that the session MADF & TIIDF is a presentation of works related to invention or design, not oral or poster study presentation. After the meeting, you needn’t submit the full paper to a journal.
  • You must contact us no later than September 28, 2025, to cancel your registration for the ICICE 2025. For cancellations made by September 28, 2025, your registration fee will be refunded less a 100 USD cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 28, 2025.

Due to the approaching deadline of early bird registration on September 28, 2025, we encourage the participants to login their own account and download their digital receipt after their registration.

It might take a few working days to process between your bank, VISA/Master/JCB etc. online card agency, and our registration system. If your payment is confirmed by the system, you shall be able to find your digital receipt once you login your account.

Please make sure that your email system will not block the email from ICICE office! If so, please check your spam folder. Thank you. 

For the participants whoever choose to be published in proceedings published by IET, please make sure that your email won’t block our official email (secretariat.icice@gmail.com) for the next six months, after the conference that is taken place. We might contact you via the emails based on your information in our system about the text modification requested by publisher. If we cannot reach you via your emails, the publisher holds the right to decide your paper will be published or not. We as an organizer will not take any responsibility for your action. Thank you for your understanding.
