  • Presentation Rule

    • Oral presentation on-site (on-line): It is allotted 10 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for Q & A period following each talk.
    • Poster presentation on-site: All of the on-site poster presentations for the conference are displayed using electronic files projected onto screens, allowing each participant to give a talk for 1~5 minutes in English. The author need to prepare an electronic file in PDF format of self-designed VERTICAL A2-sized (420mm-width x 594mm-height) ONE-PAGE poster, with the file name set as “Poster-M25xxxx.pdf“, and bring it yourself to the venue or email it to secretariat.icice@gmail.com.
    • Poster presentation on-line: Please prepare a ONE-PAGE poster with VERTICAL A2 size for in PDF format each author who participates in online poster presentation and send it via email address: secretariat.icice@gmail.com before 21 October 2025.
